Due to the hygienic nature of hair, returns are NOT accepted unless you received an order that was processed INCORRECTLY. If your order was incorrect, please contact us at cheveuxvierges@gmail.com for a return authorization. Feel free to contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that you are getting the texture and length you desire. Please keep in mind that this is virgin hair, and all bundles will not look exactly alike. Pictures represent a close indication of texture.
RETURN POLICY FOR AUTHORIZED RETURNS:
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS THROUGH A TRACKABLE METHOD (BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING UNLESS ORDER IS IN ERROR)
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BUNDLED IN EXACT CONDITION RECEIVED.
